Manage projects strategically with the larger event/project goal in mind, and make decisions on behalf of the stakeholders as required.
Manage and communicate with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the successful planning and execution of specific event programs. Ensure the programs deliver measureable results, remain within budget, meet or exceed program goals, and helps further the sales cycle.
Provide creative, impactful solutions to projects that provide fresh perspective and solutions.
Lead core planning meetings across marketing groups, driving alignment against shared objectives.
Work closely with marketing, sales, product teams, PR, and executive management to achieve business goals via event marketing.
Define and manage detailed processes for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
Manage event budgets including forecasting, accruals, opening PO’s, payment status and reconciliation.
