As Retail Country Manager, I am responsible to drive the business for Otterbox in Spain and Portugal through essentially big retailers, online and operator channels. .This includes managing and selection of distribution partners as well as the negotiations with main accounts and specifically big box retailers, operators and IT specialists. This also includes a specific focus on B2B accounts through carriers´ corporate divisions and OEMs. Also establishing sell out plans for each accounts and their execution to secure and optimize sell out rates, as well as definition of SMART objectives with GM.
