participation in all phases of implementing new HR app (business needs defining, team specifics analysis, preparing documentation, selecting vendor – RFP process, negotiations with business partner, implementation)
contact with developers/implementation partners
taking part in project workshops mainly in Germany
creating & conducting UAT scenarios. Key Test Users assigning from HR areas
interacting with HR OPS, Business Process Analysts, Operational Excellence and other involved departments in German and English language
providing data for HR application set up according to developers’ standards and business needs
