Buddy assist, organized sales and develop growth in Global key account (GKA - Cluster (ID) ) to ensure create another duplication account to new hot leads
Responsible to achieve sales distributor target, and personal target in assigned account which set up in begining of the year
Provide sales report review, report analysis tracking selling out&in (churn etc), report identify of challenge about product, service level or improve awarness in customer in order to solve it. Required for every week review regularly with team member and seller leader of distributor and record tracking of it.
Develop capability seller of distributor such as selling skill training, on field coaching,how to handle objection,knowledge & segment training. Provide event as a speaker to improve user awarness
