- Carried out detailed mechanical design work including 3D modelling G7 galley (aircraft kitchen cabinet) by CATIA V5
- Generation of assembly drawings and bills of materials and creation of 2D drawings in accordance with specifications for G7 galley by CATIA V5
- Preparaed of Control documents/work instructions for structural & systems installations (electrical, drain, cooling systems) for AIRBUS and BOEING Aircrafts Galleys.
- Assigned make/buy policies for detail/assembly parts
- Coordinated of manufacturing activities (such as machined, composite part manufacturing, coating and painting operations) with subcontractors and purchasing department,
- Supported production line tooling and equipment to support manufacturing processes.
- Decided tool requirements and tool design requirements for detail parts (machine, sheet metal and composite parts), assembly/subassembly operations and installations.
- Solved the problems in the production line in coordination with the related departments (Material Review Board Activities)
- Collaborated with the Quality Department to identify and implement ongoing quality improvements.
- Supervised assembly line of Galleys.
- Prepared production plans, short reports, priority lists for related departments.
- Presented manufacturing data to management.
