- Supervised the rolling mill quality control laboratory where all daily inspection and tests are conducted for reinforced steel bar (spectrometric analysis, surface preparation, hardness measurement, microscopic examination, tensile tests, dimensional test, bending test, elongation test)
- Developed and maintained the QA Plan and existing Manual.
- Followed up QA Procedures implementation.
- Identified non-conformances and took preventive and corrective actions.
- Assisted the Production Department in the evaluation and correction of specific quality control problems and issues.
- Prepared risk analysis within the scope of the requirements of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management system.
- Established, monitored and presented Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in different areas of work
Company Description
The company has an annual production capacity of 1.25 million tons of construction steel melted from scrap by Electric Arc Furnace methodology.
