I have diversified experience in the electrical project management, engineering, procurement and construction fields getting over 12 years of experience in large scale projects for various applications gained through working for international firms such as Larsen & Toubro, Besix, Saudi Oger, Spie and Cegelec in France, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
I have deal with various applications encompassing infrastructure aspects, sophisticated hotel installations, luxurious residential buildings and villas, Stadium, manufacturing plants, offices, cable tunnel and car underpass.

  • ¬ Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.
  • ¬ Review of the estimate/tender for projects, in conjunction with the project team, to fully determine and understand the conditions, requirements, deliverables, risks and liabilities of the works.
  • ¬ Establish a productive and harmonious working relationship with the design/construction team, achieve a clear definition of all responsibilities concerning design and co-ordination activities.
  • ¬ Prepare reports and front end studies including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take off and out to tender schedules.
  • ¬ Manage the review of the drawings, method statements, ITP’s, material submittals and other documents to be compliance with contract and safety requirements.
  • ¬ Work, maintain and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other technical disciplines, and the organization’s project management team to create great relationships with all parties.
  • ¬ Liaison with the relevant authorities, consultants and sub-contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects.
  • ¬ Manage activities of site personnel to ensure project progresses based on specifications, schedule and within prescribed budget and in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.

  • ¬ Knowledge of construction accounting to the extent of being proficient in developing cash flow projections, preparing accurate cost to completion forecasts and analyzing invoices for payment approval. ¬ Manage all technical electrical related elements of the project and suitably advise the QS team on all commercial aspects relating to the electrical installations on the project.
  • ¬ Review and approve sub-contractor invoicing.
  • ¬ Attend and conduct coordination meetings with owners, designers, subcontractors and vendors in a collaborative team oriented manner.
