Provides direct field support and coaching to staff under his supervision who deliver information services to beneficiaries
Ensures the team members' individual understanding of internal SOPs on assistance, Civil Documentation, Registration Processes, Work, and HLP issues, as well as counseling lines on legal and protection issues.
Ensures effective identification of cases for protection referrals by his team.
Acts as a focal point for community and services' mapping in his assigned geographical area of operation.
Provides regular and ad-hoc, verbal and written reports on field trends, including needs and gaps faced by refugees and the operational challenges faced by the team.
Proactively provides the management with suggestions on how to increase effectiveness and efficiency of field activities.
