Support the Area Coordinators (ACs) in the supervision and coordination of the projects implemented by IRC in Whole Syria to ensure the timely implementation of quality programming that meet the assessed need of the beneficiaries.
Support the field project teams in the design, planning, implementation, monitoring and adjustment of project activities, with a special focus on ensure the timely and effective day-to-day implementation of program activities.
Provide guidance and support to staff and assist the ACs to ensure the capacity building of IRC staff, and volunteers. In addition to promoting coordination between Syria-based staff and colleagues based in Jordan – Amman office.
