Edward J. Stock is an experienced real estate lender who has served as Managing Partner of Farmingville, New York-based Insula Capital Group since May 2016. In this capacity, Edward James Stock Jr. oversees all aspects of fund management as well as origination and underwriting for residential property loans in the fix-and-flip arena.
In addition to his role with Insula Capital Group, he serves as President of Atlantic Commercial Capital and Executive Vice President of Business Development for Atlantic Home Capital. He is also President of Go Key Realty Consulting, which he uses as a vehicle for his own real estate investment activity.
Prior to his current endeavors in short-term bridge loans and real estate investing, Edward J. Stock served as a Branch Manager with Apex Mortgage and a Senior Loan Officer with Dana Funding. With the latter, he managed a team of 10 employees focused on the origination of residential mortgages and personally closed upwards of $75 million in loans per year. He earned a bachelor's degree in music from SUNY Purchase and completed marketing courses at LIU Post.
