My role within the company focused on content creation, generation of new leads and re-directing them directly to the sales department. My biggest project was the drafting and design of a 30 pages digital report on how to successfully implement a strong Company Culture within a business. This report was then used by Flare HR as their next promotional piece to attract new leads.

Flare HR provides software that manages the on-boarding of new employees, other human resources functions and payroll. It generates revenue by also delivering financial services and products, such as superannuation and life insurance, to employees. Westpac Banking Corp's venture capital fund Reinventure has doubled-down on its earlier investment in HR services and employee financial wellness start-up Flare, leading to a $7 million funding round.
