Working with Deloitte in-house strategy department, our team analysed the opportunity for Deloitte to enter the Chinese Market for “Family Offices”. After establishing a list of the top High Net Worth Individuals to target, our group focused on where and how to enter this market. The team finally produced a conclusive analysis stating that Deloitte should first introduce their service in Hong-Kong and then enter the Chinese market.
