Ambitious and determined CEMS Management alumni looking for an opportunity to put in practice what he has learnt during his Masters, and further develop his business skills.
Working with Deloitte in-house strategy department, our team analysed the opportunity for Deloitte to enter the Chinese Market for “Family Offices”. After establishing a list of the top High Net Worth Individuals to target, our group focused on where and how to enter this market. The team finally produced a conclusive analysis stating that Deloitte should first introduce their service in Hong-Kong and then enter the Chinese market.
In cooperation with Rambøll and Archiland, two consultants specialised in sustainability, our project aimed to advise the Municipality of Frederiksberg on the alarming increase of contamination of their water sources. Our group worked on an extensive stakeholder mapping, developed a strategy to target key actors and how to get their support, in order for the municipality to solve their water crisis.
My role within the company focused on content creation, generation of new leads and re-directing them directly to the sales department. My biggest project was the drafting and design of a 30 pages digital report on how to successfully implement a strong Company Culture within a business. This report was then used by Flare HR as their next promotional piece to attract new leads.

I worked for this non-profit organisation that connects students of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with local populations in need. Through the repair or construction of new communal spaces, the NGO aimed to reduce the problems of drug addiction / trafficking affecting young Chileans in the area of south Santiago.
