- Manage all inquires, faxes and mails sent by Secretary's team and distribute it for Studies team
- Discuss the Technical Issues for all Quotations with my team Equipment Technical specifications. Equipment data sheet. Equipment inspection and testing plan. RFQ (required for quotation- MTO).
- Establish Discount Policy for regular Sales and Tenders based on Company's policy
- Revise all created quotations made by studies team
- Taking Notes and Reviewing projects for the design office
- Fully responsible for Launching tenders before the due date
- Fully responsible for the availability of the L/Cs in case of tenders
- Leading the Tenders Registration admins ,Secretary and theTechnical Studies Team.
