E. Abel Arcia is the senior and managing attorney at the Law Office of Arcia & Associates in Jackson Heights, New York City. A member of the American Immigrant Lawyers Association, E. Abel Arcia has successfully litigated immigration law cases at the state and federal levels.
In addition to matters of immigration law, his firm of fifteen attorneys and legal assistants works in the areas of criminal, bankruptcy, matrimonial, and personal injury law. Prior to founding his firm in 1995, Mr. Arcia worked as an assistant district attorney with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.
E. Abel Arcia graduated in the top 5 percent of his class at Auburn University with a BS in chemical engineering. He then earned his JD from Loyola University at New Orleans College of Law, where he was elected president of the Hispanic Law Student Association and was a representative to the National Hispanic Law Student Fair.
