I was implementing a mixed infrastructure (Novell 5.1, Windows NT 4.0 & Windows 2000 XP, Citrix Metaframe). I was also making acceptance agreements with developers and users. Testing modifications by means of (partly themselves developed) test-scripts (with special attention to interfaces with other systems, and the continuity of the existing functions). Sending and monitoring application change process, among other things. Assessing modification requests, coordinating with the developers (continues time limit, costs, etc.), coordinating the approval process and the implementation. Settling modifications in relation with rollout criteria: change make procedure, coordinate and introduce, changes test, change monitor process, improvement proposals and costs/avail analyses make. Reports bring out to management.
