Drew Patrick Dugan is a talented Boulder, Colorado drummer and audio engineer who recently completed an advanced degree at the KMG Academy. Now working at the KMG Studio/Academy, Drew Patrick Dugan also teaches drumming and performs live on stage with the band Last Minute.
Raised in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, Mr. Dugan has a lifelong love of outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. Passionate about animals, he enjoys training dogs and has a yellow Lab that goes with him on excursions.
With a background in percussion extending to the age of three, Mr. Dugan completed his BA in music at the University of Denver. His undergraduate work focused on theory as well as performance, and he had a particular emphasis on jazz set studies.
Involved in his professional community, Mr. Dugan attended the 2018 Los Angeles National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) conference. This well attended event brings together trade professionals from throughout the music scene.
