A resident of New Castle, Kentucky, Dr. Kamlesh Dave is the founder and medical director of several urgent care clinics. In 2001 Dr. Kamlesh Dave opened First You Medical Center in Eminence, Kentucky, while in 2004 he opened First Stop Urgent Care in LaGrange, which served five counties.
Dr. Dave opened another Louisville First Stop location in 2010, and the following year he opened one in Madison, Indiana. He continues to serve as medical director of First You Medical Center in Eminence.
Dr. Kamlesh Dave earned his medical degree from B. J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India, completing his residency in obstetrics and gynecology with distinction. He served as the senior residential physician in obstetrics and gynecology at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai, India, and then served as a residential obstetrician and gynecologist at Birmingham Women’s Hospital in Birmingham, England. In addition, he completed a family medicine residency at the University of Louisville.
