Dr. Edwin Perez is a board-certified pain management physician and anesthesiologist practicing in New Jersey. A graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), he holds current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications and is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Washington State. Over the course of his career, Dr. Edwin Perez has held such positions as locums anesthesiologist at Yakima Regional Medical Center, assistant professor at University Hospital of UMDNJ, and pain management physician at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Currently, Dr. Perez provides chronic pain consultations and general anesthesia at Centurion Pain and Anesthesia.
In his free time, Dr. Edwin Perez pursues a variety of hobbies. He is fond of reading about life coaching and also enjoys fiction, such as works by Stephen King and the Game of Thrones series by George R. R. Martin. His favorite cuisines are Japanese and French, and he has taken wine and cheese making classes in the past. A former practitioner of mixed martial arts, he now stays active through regular workouts.
