A board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician, Dr. Daniel Kendall holds a doctor of osteopathic medicine from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. After graduating from this institution in 1999, Dr. Daniel “Dan” Kendall completed a traditional rotating internship at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, and an anesthesiology residency at Chicago’s Northwestern University Medical School.
Dr. Dan Kendall went on to serve a year-long pain management fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, where he completed comprehensive training with equipment such as spinal cord stimulators, intrathecal pumps, and RF catheter electrode devices. He left Johns Hopkins as the organization’s chief pain management fellow in 2004.
The same year, Dr. Kendall assumed his current role as the senior executive partner and leading physician with National Spine and Pain Centers in Arlington, Virginia. In 2015, Washingtonian magazine named Dr. Kendall a “Top Doc” in the field of pain management.
