Douglas Ebenstein, the president of Eden Center, Inc., principally located in Boca Raton, Florida, and operating the Falls Church, Virginia, located Eden Center. Douglas Ebenstein oversees the leasing and management of an expansive community of Vietnamese and Chinese beauty boutiques, medicinal shops, eateries, jewelers, and entertainment stores that cater to thousands of Asian-Americans, not only in Virginia but all along the East Coast as well.
Doug Ebenstein also runs Capital Commercial Properties, Inc., which counts Eden Center as one of its portfolio developments. As president, he develops and leases apartment complexes and shopping malls in and around the nation's capital.
Doug Ebenstein completed his undergraduate education at Brown University, where he studied economics and graduated with honors. He also holds a JD from Duke University. When away from the office, he enjoys playing tennis, golfing, practicing photography, and watching football and baseball.
