- Delegating and working along with PYP, MYP and DP Coordinators .

- PYP exhibitions always at a different league. The documentary made by grade 5 students for exhibition adopted by CHILDLINE INDIA as its official documentary against Child Labour. It also won the best documentary award in the Bhopal International Film Festival 2012.
- Adopted a village around 20kms away from the school for improving Community service . Student of MYP and DP do lots of community service in the village.
- Tied up with WHO and distributed Solar Lamps in Villages where their is no electricity.
- Introduced Princeton Review in school for SAT trainings.
- Pearsons Testing Center in school to conduct all the test of pearson for all the competitive examinations.
- Set up a Network for all the IB schools in this region, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.

- Trained more than 600 school teachers across the country in conducting online classes during the last summer break. This helped the schools to get ready to start their new academic session online.
- Implemented Social Emotional Learning (SEL)
in the whole school. - Conducted Emotional Intelligence Modules workshop of Daniel Goleman in schools across the country for Teachers and Management level staff.
