Diane Kaern has financial management and sales operations and compensation experience with major multinational corporations. She most recently was with the Hewlett-Packard Company (HP)from 2007 to 2012, initially serving as sales operations manager focused on HP’s Enterprise Business Strategic Alliances. Diane Kaern delivered business, forecasted revenue, and sales pipeline reporting for such alliance partners as the Mega Independent Software Vendors, Outsourcers, and Global System Integrators.
From 2010 to 2012, Ms. Kaern served as HP’s global sales compensation analytics & reporting manager. She oversaw the metrics supporting compensation for sales and developed and implemented a more efficient global reporting process for handling manual claims-related data provider agreements. Ms. Kaern completed her MBA at the University of Pittsburgh and gained early career experience with a number of Siemens AG subsidiaries, including Siemens Enterprise Networks, LLC. A certified scuba diver, Diane Kaern enjoys running, traveling, and downhill skiing in her free time.
