- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Monthly and annual reports for the state authorities and for the company's management;
- Advising employees regarding benefits, policies and procedures, employment laws; providing assistance and staff support to departments/divisions as requested
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy;
- Developing a recruiting pipeline;
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc;
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
