- Preparation of Budget.(FTY 17-18)
- Preparation of schedules (L4) and Monitoring them like Entry Exits Structure and all Finishing Works.
- Planned Vs Actual Analysis, and monitoring the difference between them in cost as well as in time.
- Preparation of various reports like Daily, Weekly and Monthly Financial and Progress Reports.
- Preparation and approval of Method Statement for various activities of the Project.
- Identification of risk and its mitigation.

- Preparation of bills of System contractor ie Crane Hire, Electricity Etc.
- Preparation of Bills of Sub Contractor & System Contractor.
- Preparing Monthly Targets, Major Material Requirements for all the sites, Action Plans to Achieve the targets and Shortfall analysis.
