Director, G37 Training and Theater Security Cooperation for the Third Army/U.S. Army Central. Supervise and lead a directorate that consists of colonel/lieutenant colonel Branch Chiefs, Officers, NCOs, DA Civilians, and contractors for a total of 181 personnel. Directly responsible for training plans and programs for USARCENT assigned, allocated, and apportioned forces. Responsible for the Command's Exercise and Simulations program consisting of 13 Joint Chief of Staff (JCS) exercises and five non-JCS directed exercises in 11 countries in the USCENTCOM AOR. Develop and implement the Commander's Battlestaff Training Program and Command Post Exercise Program. Management of a $49.5 million theater training contract, a $7 million JCS Exercise Budget, and a $6.5 million simulations program.
