Company Trainer for A and B Company, 178 Engineer Battalion (M), 218th enhanced Separate Brigade. Principle Active Component (AC) training assistant to the company commanders in a National Guard mechanized combat engineer battalion in an enhanced combat brigade. Responsible for providing training support and evaluations of two engineer companies in the state of South Carolina. Ensures all training is properly planned, coordinated resourced, and executed to Army standards. Responsible to the battalion training team chief for the management and conduct of training initiatives throughout the battalion. Develops innovative, battle focused, collective training lanes, leader training, battle staff training, and other training as required. Coach, teach, and mentors squad, platoon, and company leaders. Advises and assists company commanders to enhance overall unit readiness.
