Directly responsible for training plans and programs for USARCENT assigned, allocated, and apportioned forces. Responsible for the Command's Exercise
    and Simulations program consisting of 13 Joint Chief of Staff (JCS) exercises and five non-JCS directed exercises in 11 countries in the USCENTCOM AOR. Develop and implement the Commander's Battlestaff Training Program and Command Post Exercise Program. Management of a $49.5 million theater training contract, a $7 million JCS Exercise Budget, and a $6.5 million simulations program.

Develops training objectives and tasks to support the commander in chief's training requirements at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels of warfare. Oversees the planning and execution of FE involving over 500,000 multi-national combatants while managing a JCS budget in excess of $16 million. Coordinates with US and ROK joint forces to develop international agreements on exercise design, expense sharing, project management, and exercise control plans.   • Company Trainer for A and B Company, 178 Engineer Battalion (M), 218th enhanced Separate Brigade. Principle Active Component (AC) training assistant to the company commanders in a National Guard mechanized combat engineer battalion in an enhanced combat brigade. Responsible for providing training support and evaluations of two engineer companies in the state of South Carolina. Ensures all training is properly planned, coordinated resourced, and executed to Army standards. Responsible to the battalion training team chief for the management and conduct of training initiatives throughout the battalion. Develops innovative, battle focused, collective training lanes, leader training, battle staff training, and other training as required. Coach, teach, and mentors squad, platoon, and company leaders.
