As the principal investor at Sulo Development, Derek Sulo leads one of Chicago's premier development investment companies. His firm, established in 2014, focuses on high-end, single-family homes, boutique condominiums, and upscale residences of all types throughout the Chicago area. Derek Sulo handles both day-to-day and big-picture operations for his firm and frequently works alongside other top-tier developers in Chicago to complete projects.
Derek Sulo went to school at North Central College, where he obtained a BA in exercise science in 2010. His interest in exercise remains a large factor in his personal life today, and he enjoys working out whenever he has the time. He went on to earn a master’s degree at Northwestern University, which he completed shortly before launching Sulo Development.
