A commercial real estate professional for more than 30 years, Demetrios Panteleakis draws on a comprehensive range of expertise that includes deal analysis, property development financing, and portfolio planning. He serves as president of full-service real estate group MacMillan and Son, Inc., where he has facilitated project funding for multimillion-dollar projects across New England. Demetrios Panteleakis comes to this position having served as chief operating officer of Peter Pan Bus Lines' corporate real estate services and real estate development division OPAL Real Estate Group, and previously as assistant vice president of agency real estate for the MassMutual Financial Group.
A licensed real estate broker and graduate of the Boston University certificate program in real estate financing, Demetrios Panteleakis also holds a juris doctor, a master of science in criminal justice, and a bachelor of arts in psychology. He entered real estate following an accomplished career in human services, which culminated in his work as director of adolescent and family services with Gandara Mental Health.
Actively involved in his community, Demetrios Panteleakis serves as chair of the annual charitable golf tournament with Holy Trinity Parish. He also has led as president of the board with Child and Family Services of the Pioneer Valley in Massachusetts, during which time he also took on a board member role with the Center for Human Development. These commitments make up only a portion of his involvement in children's and education services across western Massachusetts.
