  • Industrial project in collaboration with the Institute of Chemistry of Poitiers
  • Materials and Natural Resources (IC2MP, ex LACCO), University of Poitiers
  • Coordination between 3 industrial sites of Total (for about 10 collaborators in R&D, sales and analysis) and academic research
  • Management of the whole project from laboratory experiments, data analysis and meeting animation to fulfil industrial requirements
  • Supply of technical skills, innovative solutions and scientific expertise for special fluid production optimization
  • Communication of results through reports and oral presentations
  • Identification and deep hydrogenation of aromatic compounds from middle distillates obtained by crude oil refining
  • Hydrogenation over a supported noble metal at high pressure in a semi batch eactor (Autoclave)
  • Process optimization coupling theoretical and experimental studies
  • Reaction pathway and mechanisms, characterization of products from dearomatization of aromatic models
  • Kinetic modeling to access key parameters (activation energy, adsorption constant, reaction rate constant) using the Langmuir-Hinshelwood formalism
  • Hydrogenation of model feedstocks and inhibition effect studies
  • Training in supervision and management of difficult situations
