Responsible for supporting the implementation and application of the various global processes to the company by providing appropriate support to the employees.
Provide support on hiring processes (Offer creation, Background check, organize documentation and necessary processes in order to have the candidate ready to start with the company)
Active participation in special projects or even take the lead in some of them, i.e. Virtual Communications Expert or those necessary and work with the Global team.
Provide feedback proactively in HR processes, tools and services
In charge of providing the New Hire Orientations sessions to the New Employees in the United States and Canada.
