Learned about BKI rules, ILLC 1966, SOLAS and implementation of the rules during inspection on board.
As trainee (assistant surveyor) for Annual Survey, Intermediate Survey and Special Survey for different types of ship.
Liaise with Owner Surveyor to verify the ship files for publish the certificates.
Supervise Visual and Non-visual inspection to determine the welding defect, visual inspection of shaft propeller and impermeability valve by using Non Destructive Test (NDT) and other inspection on board.
Survey material by checking material after tensile test.
Reviewing the data material according to Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia rules.
Checking impermeable of ship with visual welding examination by using vacuum test.
Involved in the inspection and electrical testing of ship by using merge test method.
