Training Adults to prepare the level 3 (Vocational A level) in TEAB (Technician in Electricity and Smart buildings).
Training Young Adults to level 3 in MELEC (Electricity and connected equipment)

Carrying out inspections to validate onboard HVAC Systems at the supplier's premises in Madrid.
Enforcing the correct use of railway group standards in the fields of: Electricity, brazing, welding, bolted assembly and painting.

- Optimising building energy consumption and thermal comfort in housing, offices and schools. Using modelling softwares such as IES (Integrated Environmental Solutions) and Pleiades Comfie (IZUBA).
- Carrying out mandatory energy assessment, based on the french building regulation (RT2012)
- Analysing air flow motion to validate natural cooling and ventilation solutions in buildings.

Projects :
- Retrofit of doors and door mechanisms for regional southeastern trains in England
- Maintenance of onboard HVAC systems for the London metro train (Victoria Line)

- Contracts exceeding 2 millions pounds
- 372 access doors
- 2500 air handling units and HVAC systems delivered
Responsibilities:
- Planning project stages to meet customer requirements on time
- Communicating with the customer regarding the project progress
- Dispatching project related tasks to the assigned departments
- Weekly follow-up with the team to ensure project is on-track regarding the three aspects: Cost,Quality,Delivery
- Helping in the review of commercial offers from suppliers
- Supporting the submittion of bids to existing clients
- Overseeing the invoicing of all activities related to the project
- Organizing training courses, to keep the team of technicians up-to-date through an oriented technical program.
