A recipient of a doctor of chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic University, Dr. David R. Friedman completed multiple post-doctorate programs before opening his own practice in Wilmington, NC. He received certification in naturopathy and physical therapy from Natural University of Health Sciences and pain management from Southeastern Back Institute and Harvard University. He also received specialized training in topics such as biomechanics and traumatology as well as forensic medical reporting at the Spine Research Institute. Dr. David R. Friedman later earned a postdoctoral degree in neurology from Logan College.
