A real estate finance executive residing in Cresskill, New Jersey, David Kushner serves as the president of Paradigm Capital Group. In overseeing the real estate investment and financing firm, he has helped bring about several multimillion dollar property acquisitions and refinancing efforts for borrowers throughout the United States. Under David Kushner, Paradigm has pursued investments in luxury single family homes, ski resort properties, waterfront mixed-used districts, and numerous other promising development opportunities. While guiding Paradigm’s investment and lending strategy, Mr. Kushner is also active in industry groups including the Pitbull Conference and Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida (MBAF).
In addition to his professional pursuits, David Kushner donates his time to a number of charitable causes. He is a regular guest lecturer in real estate finance at Fordham University and a dedicated supporter of the Cresskill community, maintaining active involvement in the Alpine Country Club and the 200 Club of Bergen County. Mr. Kushner also contributes to several causes related to healthcare and medical research; he is an avid supporter of Englewood Hospital and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, as well as a regular participant in the annual Fund to Cure Asthma golf tournament.
