David Andalcio is an experienced senior administrator whose name has appeared in Sterling’s Who’s Who for excellence and leadership and International’s Who’s Who for professional, academic, and civic achievements. Under his leadership, many of his associated companies have earned top-100-firm rankings, as determined by Inc. Magazine and Hispanic Entrepreneur. After establishing himself as a leader in the computer and computer systems industry in the early 1980s, David Andalcio went on to spearhead major IT deployments within Chicago Public Schools and direct the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA). His accomplishments with the ISTHA include converting 20 barrier toll plazas to open-road tolling within two years and completing a 12-mile extension of the I-355 South Highway into Will County.
David Andalcio has served as CEO of Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC, since 2009. Under his direction, Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC, has provided customized software solutions to organizations that span the public and private sectors. Its clients range from Chicago’s Pace transit organization to the Puerto Rico Department of Education.
