As the owner and president of Ventana Capital, Darwin Horan works on land development and entitlement issues. He has handled the entitlement of over 35,000 lots, and the development of more than 20,000. Through projects including telecom sites, commercial properties, and water storage development, Darwin Horan has cultivated strategic partnerships in a variety of markets.
Leading Ventana Capital allows Mr. Horan to leverage his more than two decades of experience toward the goals of countless clients. Under his leadership, the company has become one of the largest land development organizations in Colorado. He also serves on several Metro District boards related to his duties in the company.
During his spare time, Darwin Horan stays involved with sports as both a fan and coach. He coaches football and track, and enjoys practicing jiu jitsu as well; he also supports multiple Denver sports teams, including the Nuggets and the Broncos.
