Prepare documents and customs clearance: Import & Export
- Handle customs declaration by ECUS/VNACCS, knowledge of import-export procedures such as import business,
  temporary import for re-export, non-tradable goods...
- Submit SI, VGM, Bill.
- Keep track of document procedures and storing.
Supervise the deliver and receive good.
- Understanding of import-export process about FCL, LCL, AIR.
- Check consigments status, work with agent/customer for free time, refund import container deposit, refund cleaning
  container fee, refund of overpaid tax import.
- Cooperating with warehouse and planning department to arrange delivery plans and vehicle coordination.
- Take care current jobs and handle if trouble arise.
- Keep updating the new regulation from the goverment, customs...
Register for state quality inspection.
- Register for quality inspection of Air Tank under The management of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs-Register test Formaldehyde under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- Register for a cultural permit under Ministry of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Register for test the energy efficiency of external electric motor at Quatest Ha Noi.
Support other departments.
- Coordinate with cilents and shipper to ensure continuity with shippng details.
- Maintain an effective date management system to track all shipment and deliveries.
