I am a digital expert with 13 years of experience and former founder of French start-up Yupeek SAS, a 2 million users platform.
After Menway (a 400 people HR company) bought Yupeek back in late 2015, I embraced the challenge of taking care of Menway's digital transformation for two years and a half, since July 2018.
I then went to a 9 months Asian road-trip with my wife, and then went back home in Luxembourg were I became digital product owner for Redspher, in the transport industry.
I am in charge of redspher's digital marketplace for on-demand deliveries : Easy4pro TMS (transport management system)
I am Easy4pro's product owner : I am responsible for the product development and evolution. I translate business needs into BRDs (business requirement definition) and cards, using user stories (gherkin) to describe the features. I follow up the features development from end to end with my team of developpers, using the scrum method. I then myself do the testing phase, and finally report to business / clients and do the demos.
In 3 years and a half, in addition to my day to day work, I have won a total of 235k€ in pricing offers for Easy4Pro, selling specific developments to major automotive clients
I am in charge of a team of developpers on a daily basis.
I implement new methods (AB testing, growth hacking) and new tools (optimizely, hotjar) in order to improve user experience on our platforms. I follow up the implementations and train teams accordingly.

Conception & launch of a "software as a service" (SAAS) new Job-Board, dedicated to part-time sector, and launching it under the name of https://www.reservoirjobs.fr/
Achieving digital transition in part-time sector, by following up the part-time agencies managers in their digital mutation, from dematerialization to data driven philosophy implementation & improvement of user experience (UX)
Advise Menway's board build another ATS (application tracking system) since the home-made one was obsolete, by leading an internal ATS audit, giving recommandations, and delivering a product backlog
Advise Menway's board chose an external ERP, and link it to home-made ATS via micro-services developments
Implementing data analysis on both internal & external job-boards, leading to a 45% cut in Menway's budget for external job-boards (from 500k€ to 275k€)
