Customers data loading in the leasing system(Charisma), necessary for generating the contract (lease or credit).
Sending the contract and all the documents to the customer for signature recoired to finalise the leasing transaction, and after receiving them back in original, sent to the supplier the agreement for the leasing product delivery and issuing the fiscal invoice.
Activating the contracts and insurance policies in the system and monitoring their progress until the completion.
Issuing notifications and additional acts for various situations, interest recalculation, closing contracts for different reasons, issuing instolments invoice, and other powers of attornities required by the client.
Monthly verification of all leasing contracts and broker reports review.
Monthly verification of cars documents (i.e insurance, periodical technical inspection).
Monthly checking of all contracts which will end in the next period; contacting the clients and agree the next steps.
Analysis for clients who wants to pay in advance.
Monthly leasing cars registration.
