After issuing the contract in Charisma, an email is sent to the seller specifying the necessary documents for payment and adding the documents that the customer must sign.
When receiving the signed documents and if we have a request from the seller we register in the system the payment for that file.
Activating the contracts, insurance policies, make the AEGRM file, sign the documents send one to the client and supplier and the rest of them is archived.
