Communication with our sellers, suppliers and customers for loading data in the system (Charisma) for generating the correct lease or credit contract, after we check the approval that we received from the commercial department.
We issuing the contract and we send email to the client, supplier and our seller specifying the necessary documents that we need for payment and adding the documents that the customer must sign.
After receiving the all documents and we have all conditions met we register in the system the payment for that file.
Activating the contracts in the system, insurance policies with our broker, make the AEGRM file and send for registration, sign the documents and send one to the client and suppliers (just for lease contract) and the rest of them prepare and send for archived.
