A successful real estate financier, Daniel Palmier is founder, chief executive officer, and president of UC Funds. Drawing on his extensive knowledge of financial markets and the loan industry, Dan Palmier has originated hundreds of millions of dollars since its founding in 2010.

Daniel Palmier’s prior experience includes wealth management and real estate work at companies such as Arbor Realty Capital, Potomac Realty Capital, and Lehman Brothers. In each role, he enjoyed great success in financing projects and minimizing risk.

Also an avid philanthropist, Daniel Palmier ran the 2014 Boston Marathon for charity and played a major role in saving St. Christopher School on Staten Island after Hurricane Sandy caused serious damage in 2012. He and his wife’s donations of money and supplies worth over $150,000 enabled the school to stay open and rebuild facilities lost in the disaster.

A member of numerous real estate industry groups, Palmier earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Notre Dame and his master’s degree in real estate from New York University.
