Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer to correct department.
Assist guests with making reservations.
Check guests in and out of the hotel.
Complete reports for the day which consist of making keys for groups, staying informed of VIP guests, and completing credit limit to ensure payments are received.
Address any complaints and make it right.
Enter work orders or guest requests into Guestware. Communicate with other departments such as housekeeping and engineering to make sure work orders are completed.
