Responsible for notifying maintenance or supervisor when line or piece of line is down and needs attention.
Maintain a clean, orderly work area. Ensure area is clean and organized as part of the shift hand-off and weekly shutdown/sanitation process
add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals to ensure material is mixed correctly
read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Work with team towards meeting cooking metrics to drive goals and sustainability of the teams, this to be done through resource alignment, planning ahead for, changeovers, looking ahead to optimize the schedule, empowering the team to drive communication and tight tracking of loss through each process order.
Inspect product to ensure product is cooked to specifications to ensure food safety and other quality aspects as well as making sure that all aspects of the allergen program is maintained to prevent cross contamination.
Perform all quality and food safety checks, such as cooking temperatures and ensure that all data collection is captured accurately, for example, cook times, quality test results, and temperatures.
