My Goal to be CHRO to change the concept of HR in MENA in 2030. I've been Working as HR Manager for 3 years. Becuase I found my passion in it. At the first time I worked as HR Manager&Co-Founder at Nerd Geek, we made everything ( recruitment - Performance ...etc. Now, ElMo3sker I'm a Co-founder&HR Manager trying to make a perfect system, the best trainers in children teach and make our organization the top organization in Educational field to leave our legacy in the world. At Khatwa I led the project my responsibility was event management, attended more 150 people, to get this day happen I was must learn Logistics, media and organize it was my best day because the feedback on it was good. I have made my course at HRM by using gamification and active learning, now I'm working on developing it.
