1st A Growth Mindset. I love to read, watch documentaries, the news and seek for every piece of information available.
2nd People biodiversity is truly beautiful. I am sociable, rely on each friend, approach completely different people and grow at the rate of our meetings.
3rd I am a teamworker. Constant feedback is critical, being part of a team is warming.
4th Values above all, essentially respect. I know that every person has his/her own story with a special and different impact.
5th I am in love with the people in whom I want to make impact to truly understand their needs.
By summing up these 5 factors, learning new languages and adding a piece of creativity, it is now time to broaden my impact. Turning it local to global, changing millions instead of hundreds is the path I want to follow.
