Detailed Description
- As the responsible of the whole department:
- I prepared the corresponding documentation for the students and interns to get their visa , where necessary.
- I acted as the linking person between students and the organization.
- I managed the database of students and partners
- I had to find the accomodation for students and interns
- I had to mantain the international relationship with the partners of the organization and search new ones.
- I helped writing and translating into English the Agreements among the organization and its non-EU partners for the Internships
- I collaborated with the draft of the informative leaflets and website content, and was in charge of its translation into English.
- I was in charge of getting ready the final diplomas and certifications of attendance
- In all, I carried out all the administrative burden of the department.

Chamber services cover a wide range of company needs: from forming and opening international markets, to counselling and supporting new companies creation. Likewise, the Chamber works together with companies in new strategic areas such as quality, communication or incorporation of newfangled technological tools.
