RESPONSIBILITIES: Selling different types of educational trips abroad and different types of accommodation abroad by email and on the phone. Customer Care Specialist: responsible for taking care of all the customers' inquiries coming through by phone or email, using four languages simultaneously (English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese)
